Sudhesh Kumar is the founder and MD of Mumbai based entertainment company Offbeat Direction Pvt. Ltd. He is an Indian actor with a strong foundation in theatre, television and film. Sudhesh began his journey in 2018 during his college days, driver by a deep passion for filmmaking. With no formal background in the field, he taught himself the craft and though sheer dedication and creativity, went on to write, direct and edit 4o short films in a year. Simultaneously, he immersed himself in theatre and performed in over 100 plays, honing his skills as a versatile performer.
In late 2019, Sudhesh moved to Mumbai and made a powerful on-screen debut with a cameo in Colors TV’s Barrister Babu, where his screen presence earned widespread appreciation on social media. Since then, he has contributed to major television shows, web series and Pan India film.
With a passion for storytelling and a vision to create meaningful content, he transformed his YouTube channel into a full-fledged production house, founding Offbeat Direction Pvt. Ltd., a platform dedicated to fresh narratives and creative expression.

Swati Suman is the co-founder and co-MD of Offbeat Direction Pvt. Ltd. She is the sister of Sudhesh Kumar. She supported him in his initial struggling days and when she saw his brother’s strong writing and acting skills. She supported him to open his production house and show his talent on multi levels. She has a strong skill of networking through which she can bring new talents into the light.
